Shipping Policy

All of Waefle products are shipped to you from Sweden via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer worldwide shipping on orders. Shipping cost does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a valid residential address. Waefle does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.

Waefle cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer. Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed by our warehouse.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Return & Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Waefle product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

Once your return arrives at our address please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.
